Day 1:

(1)    The floor will be acid washed with muratic acid, and scrubbed with an industrial floor machine.
(2)    The acid will then be neutralized, power washed, and flushed from the floor.
(3)    The floor is now ready for surface repairs. Cracks and pitted areas are filled.
(4)    The floor is ready for the epoxy primer.

Day 2:
(1)    The entire floor will be scraped, inspected, and is now ready for the next coat.
(2)    The next coat will be applied with anti-slip aggregate as needed.
(3)    The floor is now ready for chips (granite look) or a blended quartz look.

Day 3:
(1)    The floor will be scraped for loose chips and blown to remove all excess chips.
(2)    The first of two urethane coats (acrylic urethane) is now ready to be applied.

Day 4:

(1)    The floor is now ready for the last urethane (chemical resistant) coat.
(2)    Your floor is now complete!
