We start by diamond grinding the floor to remove any oil stains, dirt, grime, and, old coatings and prepare the concrete for the epoxy.

Once the floor is clean and smooth, we move onto repairing any visible cracks, holes and hairlines. This is a crucial step, which ensures the structural integrity of both the concrete slab and your new epoxy floor coating.

Once we are happy with the look of the concrete slab, we move on to applying the epoxy garage floor basecoat.
While the epoxy flooring basecoat is wet we walk over the epoxy and broadcast flake chips onto the floor until we see no more wet epoxy. We then leave the epoxy floor to cure.
Once the garage floor basecoat is fully dry, we broom, scrape, and vacuum up the excess flake chips.
Final step is to apply a clear UV stable polyaspartic sealer. The sealer will give your new garage flooring a high gloss shine that is easy to clean, while protecting the floor from wear and tear and discoloration!
